The location of the hotel is great, with a bus stop right outside that takes you straight to central station. From there, you can easily walk to the city center and all the main attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a quiet environment. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about tours and places to visit.
One negative aspect was that the staff, although helpful, didn't go the extra mile with their service. They were a bit impersonal and didn't provide much warmth or friendliness.

I had an amazing stay at a modern and beautiful hotel in Amsterdam. The rooms were super modern and brightly colored. I loved the personalized welcome TV screen and the free Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and fluent in English. The hotel had a separate cafe/snack/bar right in the lobby. The hotel is also conveniently located with a bus stop right in front, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.

We had an amazing stay here, located just outside the busy centre in a quiet, homely neighborhood. The staff provided enhanced service with excellent recommendations on places to visit, printing our boarding pass, and offering a complimentary welcome drink. The room was top-notch with all required amenities, such as the terrace for enjoying breakfast, soundproofed rooms, and a dressing area. Moreover, with a fitness centre, a restaurant serving top-notch dishes, and an outdoor swimming pool- this place is perfect for a relaxing stay in the city
